The procedure for copying and pasting multiple times now requires a new keystroke:

Click on your Selection Tool and then highlight the measure that you would like to copy.

Hold down your Ctrl + Alt key (Ctrl + Option for Mac) and then click your mouse into the target measure.

This will bring up the Paste Multiple Screen where you can set the preferences for this event.

The nice part of this is the new ability to copy not only horizontally, but vertically through a score.
